Hi, I'm Austin Luppowitz!

During my time at Cox Communications, I helped completely redesign the employee intranet, CoxOne, serving over 20,000 employees. This project showcased my expertise in UX design, information architecture, and intranet strategy, resulting in an intranet that significantly improved employee engagement and productivity.

Additionally, I helped design and launch the native CoxOne mobile application, enhancing the experience of Cox employees working in the field. Leveraging my skills in user-centered design, human-computer interaction, and product design, I created a user-friendly interface that seamlessly integrated with existing tools, ultimately benefiting the employees.

Cox Communications

Public Affairs Intern

At Cox Communications I worked on developing for the company's employee intranet, CoxOne. I worked on various small projects as well as two major major projects for CoxOne. One of the major projects was developing a media room that would make it easier for employees to find and watch archived videos. The media room automates a majority of the process so it is easy for any employee to work with. The other major project I worked on was creating custom departmental and community pages on CoxOne. Some groups at Cox have been hesitant to give up their website and move to CoxOne. The idea behind the custom-built pages on CoxOne was to show the other groups that creativity is possible on the platform.
